-- Weingut: The wine fermented in two French oak barrels with open tops, was pressed in a manual press and aged in barrels for 22 months. Bright and concentrated in colour. On the nose, this wine comes across as serious and profound, combining notes of cedar, smoke, fruits of the forest, spices, and liquorice – a complexity that mirrors the old vineyards from which it stems. The palate shows good structure, freshness, and excellent acidity, with a long and spicy finish.
