Lobenberg: Eine sehr harmonische Einstiegscuvée, die die Champagne im De Sousa-Stil abbildet. Chardonnay von der Côte des Blancs, Pinot Noir aus Epernay und Meunier aus dem Valée de la Marne. Entsprechend Lehmige und kalkige Böden, alles bio- und biodynamisch bewirtschaftet. Komplett in Edelstahl vinifiziert und ausgebaut. Mit 5 Gramm dosiert, ungeschönt und unfiltriert. Eine sehr hübsche, ansprechende Nase mit reifem gelbem und grünem Steinobst, Quitte, Mirabelle, Orangenschale, roter Sommerapfel, gelbe und weiße Blüten.Sehr saftiger, reichhaltiger Mund mit feiner Säurefrische. Alles passt, alles schön, ein schicker Einstieg in die biodynamische Welt von De Sousa. 92-93
