-- Suckling: The enveloping nose of summer flowers, mulberries and pomegranates sucks you into this concentrated, medium-bodied blaufrankisch that has stacks of fine tannins and a mineral acidity that gives the licorice and bark finish terrific energy. This new wine is composed of single-vineyard wines that grew on slate, limestone and gneis, but each of which was only 300 to 400 liters and therefore too small to be marketed by itself. From organically grown grapes.

Heute wird das Weingut von Hannes Schuster geführt, gegründet wurde es aber Ende der 1970er Jahre von seinen Eltern, vor allem seiner Mutter, weshalb der Name Rosi heute noch stolz zum Firmennamen gehört.
