-- Falstaff: Lachsrosa in der Farbe. Im Duft findet man neben einem Anflug tertiärer Noten auch das Aroma von geriebenem Apfel, Malve und Hagebutte. Im Mund fließt der Wein rund und dezent, getragen von zarter Phenolik und einem ultrafeinen Mousseux. Die Säure trägt, ohne isoliert zu stehen. Ein herrlicher Aperitif!

-- Parker: Disgorged with a dosage of two grams per liter in June this year after 34 months sur lattes, the pale salmon-colored 2020 Rosé Extra Brut opens with a highly delicate though intensely aromatic bouquet of red berries intertwined with brioche and even iodine aromas in the deep substance of this beautiful nose. Full and supple on the palate, this is an intense and charmingly fine and subtly saline sparkling wine from Pinot Noir that was bottled in July 2021. The perlage is delicate and uplifts the intense grit and even the texture of this impressively complete and complex rosé that already has a pretty vinous character that will intensify with bottle age. It's still terribly young but amazing, even as a young and forward Sekt. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in September 2024.

-- Suckling: At once juicy, animating and round, this is a delightful and characterful sparkling rosé with plenty of berry aromas, some leesy complexity and a touch of candied oranges on the medium-bodied palate. Very refreshing finish. Drink now.
